Michele Turriani is one of the UK’s leading portrait photographers working with the likes of Helen Mirren, Ronaldo and Martin Scorsese.

He has a degree in graphic design and art history direction and uses his technical expertise combined with an artist’s sensibility to create exquisite fine art photography. 

Turriani explores biodiversity loss and extinction inspired by c17th vanitas paintings that serve to remind the viewer of the transience of life. His latest body of work ‘Memento Exstingui’ highlights the plight of endangered animals on the red list. The exhibition was featured in The Guardian.
