"Penguins, for some benign and comical clowns, waddling birds , marching birds who give their name to biscuits. But of course their biology, evolution and even their palaeontology is fascinating, and then there is their form . . . sleek, neat and streamlined, simple, smart and sculptural. They are so very photogenic. Add in their harsh, exotic and beautiful environment and you have backdrops that are almost out of this world. I loved making pictures of penguins.” CHRIS PACKHAM
