Pascal Ungerer, Neon Twilight 2, oil on canvas, 40x40cm, £1500 |
A very warm welcome to Pascal Ungerer
This month we are delighted to welcome two new artists to the gallery, the first of whom is Pascal Ungerer. We have loved Ungerer's work for quite a while but as he's based in Cork, it's taken some time to get his work here. We hung five of his beautiful paintings on Friday evening and by Saturday had already sold three, so if you want to get hold of one you need to work fast! Ungerer has exhibited across the world from South Korea to Switzerland and won new artist of the year at Saatchi Gallery, London in 2023. His work explores spatial cultures with a focus on peripheral topographies and speculative future landscapes. Do click on his link under 'Artists' tab to look at his work or pop into the gallery to secure one of the two remaining paintings.

Sophie Hope-Flavell, A Wild Night, oil on canvas, 110x140cm |
Say Hello to Sophie Hope-Flavell The second artist to join our stable of artists this month is Sophie Hope-Flavell. Hope-Flavell is inspired by big costal skies and seas. Her paintings are set apart from other seascapes by twinkling lights in sugared almond colours that lead the eye back to land or out to sea. She works in oil but adds touches of spray paint to emphasise colour and texture. |

Adam Binder, Outfoxed, Bronze, £7500 |
We all love Adam Binder's hugely collectable bronze animals and this month we're so pleased to have a brand new trio of creatures to show you - a Fox, a Barn Owl and a Badger. You could spot each of these animals in the wild in our east Kent landscape if you were lucky, but if you were luckier still, you could take one of these stunning bronzes away with you and give it a permanent home where you could admire it every day. |
